The main way to living a healthy life is to eat the right foods. After an exercise, the only way to keep your body in shape is to eat something that is good for you, Eating junk food is just going to make it worse. Things that you should eat are fruits, vegetables, protein, whole grains, low-fat dairy. Eating these can keep you healthy and in shape as long as you exercise along with it.
